Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations and compile findings into clinical documentation.
- Develop and implement customized treatment strategies with clear, measurable objectives.
- Monitor and manage patient progress, ensuring effective collaboration with the clinical team and relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions and developments.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, including specialized addiction-focused groups.
- Lead family therapy sessions, addressing issues related to codependency and the effects of addiction.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences is preferred.
- Possession of professional licensure (ALC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, LMFT) or ability to secure licensure within a specified timeframe.
- LAADC certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of two years of experience in the addiction treatment field.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to walk approximately 1/2 mile during an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to sit continuously for periods ranging from 1/2 to 4 hours.
- Corrected vision and hearing (hearing aids are acceptable).
