Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer purchase orders to assess requirements
  • Process and maintain customer purchase orders, inputting in Cardex (ERP) and portal management
  • Interact with warehouse teams and other functions to resolve orders in a timely manner
  • Prioritize orders with issues based on required ship dates and perform analysis to resolve order issues
  • Review and action open orders pending resolution
  • Ensure timeliness of shipment through internal coordination and liaison with other stakeholders
  • Resolve customer claims with functional departments, determine root cause, and recommend corrective actions
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of related work experience
  • Experience in Program Management and/or Customer Support
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in numeric reasoning and mathematical skills
  • Proficient knowledge in all MS office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree, Equivalent Degree, bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in aerospace hardware sales
  • Knowledge of the aerospace/aviation industry
