Position: Mid-Market Sales Executive
We are seeking a talented Mid-Market Sales Executive to become a vital part of our expanding Go-To-Market Team. This position is remote and open to candidates across the United States. This role presents an excellent opportunity to elevate your career in enterprise sales within a well-supported, growth-oriented startup that prioritizes your professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust sales pipeline through a combination of proactive outreach, inbound inquiries, and collaboration with sales development colleagues.
- Master and effectively navigate the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, utilizing our established sales methodology and MEDDPIC qualification framework.
- Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives through acquiring new clients and renewing or upselling existing accounts.
- Gain insights into customer needs and requirements through thorough discovery and qualification processes.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the customer's technical landscape and effectively present our solutions once acclimated.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline and forecasting system for your designated territory.
- Actively contribute to fostering a dynamic startup culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales in a full-cycle, closing capacity.
- Proven success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience engaging with various stakeholders across IT and business sectors.
- Exceptional presentation abilities complemented by strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using technology tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, G-Suite, and Microsoft applications.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with Sales Methodologies, particularly MEDDPIC.
- Experience in selling SaaS integration solutions.
