About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Market Carrier Executive to join our team at TransLoop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with carriers in the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships through lead generation, referrals, and prospecting
  • Maintain constant contact with carriers to identify opportunities and improve service offerings
  • Identify opportunities to improve service offerings, value proposition, and sales cadence
  • Leverage our leading tech platform to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer service to carriers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Relevant supply chain, sales, or customer service experience
  • Logistics experience preferred, but not required
  • Proven track record of high performance and sales success
  • Strong writing and speaking skills
  • Ability to make high volumes of outbound calls to prospective carriers
  • Solution-oriented attitude and energy to approach each day with enthusiasm
