Job Summary

The Senior Administrative Assistant will serve as a key support partner for five directors in Corporate Affairs, providing administrative expertise and strategic guidance to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to requests by asking probing questions, gathering information, and providing insights.
  2. Manage logistics and event planning for leadership meetings, including venue selection, catering, and scheduling.
  3. Schedule business travel and ensure leaders have necessary documentation.
  4. Compose, modify, and proofread various documents, such as memos, letters, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in typing (50 WPM) and common software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to proofread documents accurately.
  • Ability to learn multiple software programs and reporting automation tools.

  • Estimated annual salary range: $50,000 - $73,000 based on location and experience.
