Administrative Coordinator Lead

Job Summary
The Senior Administrative Assistant will serve as a key support partner for five directors in Corporate Affairs, providing administrative expertise and strategic guidance to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests by asking probing questions, gathering information, and providing insights.
- Manage logistics and event planning for leadership meetings, including venue selection, catering, and scheduling.
- Schedule business travel and ensure leaders have necessary documentation.
- Compose, modify, and proofread various documents, such as memos, letters, reports, and presentations.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in typing (50 WPM) and common software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to proofread documents accurately.
- Ability to learn multiple software programs and reporting automation tools.
What We Offer:
- Estimated annual salary range: $50,000 - $73,000 based on location and experience.
