Billing Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Support Specialist to join our team at Experity Defunct. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with billing clients
- Liaise between CSMs and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of information or service
- Set up new clients, including reviewing and verifying necessary documents
- Assist with creating and maintaining client fee schedules
- Research and maintain state-specific guidelines for claims submission
- Responsible for timely provider set-ups and releasing claims as appropriate
- Maintain various client spreadsheets and communicate key Accounts Receivable information
- Document communications with clients and assist the Billing Account Assistant as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of customer service experience
- Experience in the medical billing field, including charge entry, payment posting, and claims
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
