Retail Sales Lead Job Description

As a Retail Sales Lead at Kellanova, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and transformation in our Peoria, Illinois territory. You will be responsible for uncovering incremental selling opportunities and collaborating with retail partners and our account teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and transformation in the territory
  • Collaborate with retail partners and account teams to achieve sales targets
  • Uncover incremental selling opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and address sales gaps and opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fundamental technology skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated self-reliance and ability to manage projects from inception to completion
  • Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
