Drive Sales Growth in Our Peoria Territory

As a Retail Sales Lead for Kellanova, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in our Peoria, Illinois territory. You will work closely with retail partners and our account teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, ultimately contributing to our goal of becoming the world's best-performing snacks-led powerhouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and account teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on sales performance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with fundamental technology skills such as Microsoft Office applications
  • Learning agility, robust problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated self-reliance by successfully managing projects from inception to completion, consistently achieving goals without constant supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • This is a driving role which requires the use of a personal vehicle. To meet the requirements of the role, you must have 2 or less moving violations within the last 36 months
  • Work requires long periods of walking, standing, bending, or carrying moderately heavy items pounds) with or without reasonable accommodation. An extended work schedule could be asked which may include some night, weekend, and early morning hours
