Molding Engineer Job Summary

At Intellectt Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Molding Engineer to lead the development, optimization, and validation of injection molding processes for high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement molding process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training materials for operators and technicians.
  • Manage mold maintenance programs, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure mold performance and longevity.
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturability and moldability.
  • Lead the troubleshooting of injection molding defects, perform mold flow analysis, and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure molding processes comply with company standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment.
