Job Description

At Intellectt Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Manufacturing Engineering team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical expertise to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers to achieve production goals and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and prioritize engineering projects to meet production deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Review and approve engineering designs, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align engineering activities with company objectives.
  • Manage the budget for the Manufacturing Engineering department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with supervisory experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, including automation, molding, and validations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
