Candidate Requirements:

Applicants must possess a valid State Life Insurance License or be willing to obtain one within a month.

  • Commission structures reaching up to 140, along with Personal and Agency Bonus Programs.
  • Clear pathways for advancement, designed by agents for agents.
  • Access to a variety of carrier appointments across multiple markets, including Term, Final Expense, I.U.L., Annuities, Pre-Need Cremation Plans, Debt Consolidation, Medicare, and ACA.
  • Qualified in-house lead generation platform, ensuring no outsourcing.
  • A fully functional agent website to help manage and grow your business.
  • Comprehensive training sessions, both in-person and via weekly Zoom meetings, with recordings available for those unable to attend live.
  • Flexible working hours.

Compensation: Earnings potential ranges from $85,000 to $200,000 annually.
