Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Account Management and Customer Relations Executive to join our team at Compass Group USA. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting site visits, ensuring client retention, and developing strategies to improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits and meet with clients to discuss their needs and preferences.
  • Assist branches with grand openings and ensure compliance with local and national account standards.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and client experience at the point of sale.
  • Drive compliance to merchandising standards and assess performance through audit reports.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; two year College degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
  • Three years driving experience required. Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state) and good driving record.
  • Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.

Estimated Salary: $72,000 per year based on experience.
