About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and professional sales skills, with the ability to think creatively and work independently to accomplish goals.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive business expansion.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop targeted sales approaches.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics.
  6. Provide regular updates to management on sales progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 3 years of experience in network computing or related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and work independently to achieve goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $80K-$104K salary range (S03/S04) plus KPI bonus based on experience, education, and certifications.
