Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR management, participating in strategic planning, and providing guidance and expertise in key areas such as recruiting, performance management, employee development, and social climate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting: Recruit key talents for the organization, ensure thorough induction, identify short, medium, and long-term resourcing issues, and build and maintain local manpower plans.
  • Performance Management: Provide support with the STAR process, actively identify performance and skill gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to mitigate risks, and act as the performance improvement driver.
  • Employee Development & Career Management: Lead training plan process, success planning activities, individual development plans, and facilitate management team to bring the best solutions for employees.
  • Social Climate & Organizational Design: Drive, influence, advise, and support cultural and people aspects of organizational change, build a strong business relationship with the management team, and proactively support the delivery of HR processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required with a specialization in HR.
  • First experience in the HR function within an industrial environment.
  • Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office.
  • International mindset.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Payroll experience, Union environment preferred but not required.
  • Confidence.
  • Minimum of 5 years payroll & HR experience.
