Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting and Talent Management
    • Recruit and select top talent for key positions, ensuring a thorough onboarding process and effective integration into the team.
    • Develop and implement succession plans to address short-term, medium-term, and long-term resourcing needs.
    • Collaborate with management to identify and address performance and skill gaps, proposing and implementing changes to mitigate risks.
  • Performance Management and Development
    • Support the STAR process to drive performance improvement and employee development.
    • Identify and address performance and skill gaps, proposing and implementing changes to mitigate risks.
    • Act as a performance improvement driver, promoting positive changes in the people management process.
  • Employee Development and Career Management
    • Lead the development and implementation of training plans, success planning activities, and individual development plans.
    • Design and implement succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
  • Social Climate and Organizational Design
    • Drive, influence, advise, and support cultural and people aspects of organizational change to improve efficiency and people management.
    • Build strong business relationships with management teams.
    • Proactively support the delivery of HR processes and consult with union officials on local issues.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Support commitments established in the ISO 14001 Environmental Policy.
    • Follow requirements established in Saline Plant ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures and work instructions.
    • Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations.
    • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the company.
