Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory/Accounting Coordinator at the Philadelphia Macaroni Company. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and compile operational data for reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventories, accounting procedures, and processes, including updating bar coding and maintaining finished goods, hold, and partial warehouse inventories in the system.
  • Accounting and Financial Management: Investigate accounting and inventory discrepancies, prepare purchase orders, and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Clerical Support: Provide varied clerical support to the department, including emails, faxing bill of ladings, and making copies of shipping documents.
  • Quality Assurance: Notify Quality Assurance of discrepancies between production paperwork and hold worksheet numbers.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training Inventory & Accounting Coordinators and other employees as needed.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
