Mental Health Support Liaison

As a Mental Health Support Liaison, you will play a vital role in helping patients navigate their treatment plans and connecting them with resources to aid in their recovery. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $48,000 per year, plus additional differential pay for fluent Spanish/English speakers.
About the Job:
We are seeking passionate and empathetic professionals to join our team as Mental Health Support Liaisons. In this role, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide education, support, and advocacy. Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls and building trust and rapport with our patients while educating them on our life-saving alternative treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Answering patient calls, emails, and questions with empathy and understanding.
- Completing new patient intakes to help them start their healing journey's.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPPA regulations and following standards & regulatory requirements.
- Solving problems and educating patients about TMS and Ketamine treatments.
- Coordinating with clinics for patient care.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
- Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
