About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Part Time Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 079. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled clinical professional to lead a team of therapists and counselors in providing high-quality mental health care.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to a team of therapists and counselors, conducting regular individual and group supervision sessions, and monitoring and evaluating the quality of clinical services provided by associate and pre-licensed therapists.

You will also ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards, collaborate with therapists to develop and implement treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical counseling or a related field and hold supervisor credentials or eligibility (CPCS, AAMFT approved supervisor, etc.) in the state of Georgia.

You should also have experience working with various populations in an outpatient setting, strong knowledge of theoretical frameworks, treatment modalities, and case conceptualizations, and familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of client information.

In addition, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively manage a team and provide guidance and feedback, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

About the Benefits

This is a part-time position that offers a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses for meeting performance targets.
