Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver group and/or individual training on essential life skills, such as social interaction and self-management techniques.
  • Provide service coordination and linkage to community services, ensuring patients receive necessary support.
  • Crisis prevention and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
  • Comparable job experience, preferably involving SPMI and/or Addictive Disease populations.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
