About the Role

The Workday Digital Account Executive team is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team. As a Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Workday's add-on products to our enterprise customer base.

We are looking for a sales professional who is passionate about building relationships and driving revenue growth. If you have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Source and close Workday add-on deals
  • Manage full sales cycles
  • Own revenue number
  • Work successfully with aligned Enterprise Field Account Executive and RSD
  • Constantly fill the pipeline with new deals
  • Deal development & qualification
  • Cold calling and cultivation of existing leads
  • Articulate the Workday value proposition to mid and C-level decision-makers
About You

We are looking for a sales professional who has:

  • Prior experience with HCM and/or ERP technology
  • Preferred 1+ year in a sales closing role with successful history of relationship building, deal negotiations and territory planning
  • Preferred 2+ years inside or outside sales experience, ideally in enterprise software

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $64,800 - $97,200 USD, and a bonus plan. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
