We're seeking an Account Executive to drive sales on TikTok Shop and Walmart Marketplace. This role requires a proven track record of sales success within a fast-growing business, the ability to work collaboratively with Product, Customer Success, and Management, and the drive to measure success based on tangible results.
This position is commission eligible and offers a hybrid work arrangement, with three days a week spent in one of our West Coast offices (San Francisco or Seattle preferred).
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for revenue growth for Flywheel Ventures globally
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of current market trends and client needs
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process with the ability to engage executives at different levels of the organization
- End-to-End Business Planning: Ability to build and defend through proof points, and strong storyboards in delivery of our capabilities and service offerings in support of client needs
- Manage accurate lead, pipeline, and forecast reporting on a regular basis
- Collaborate with pre-sales and product marketing to create joint demand generation strategies and potential use cases to engage prospective clients
- Work cross-functionally with our Client Services and Product teams
- Have a pulse and opinion on industry news, translating macro trends into tailored recommendations and actions for clients
- Proven sales experience selling SaaS products to SMB or Enterprise customers in an emerging market
- Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-Level leadership or senior executives
- Highly motivated hunter mentality and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with the ability to efficiently prioritize and execute projects with quality
- Strong communicator, naturally curious, and genuinely cares about client outcomes
- Comfortable in analyzing dashboards and utilizing spreadsheets with mastery of basic Excel formulas and pivot tables to extract and clearly communicate insights from murky data
