Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Analyze Collections: Oversee the collections process, managing a large portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Communicate with Customers: Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing issues.
  • Record Keeping and Data Analysis: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment plans, and disputes, and analyze accounts receivable data and aging reports.
  • Identify Trends and Implement Strategies: Identify trends and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances and improve billing processes.
  • Collaborate with Departments: Collaborate with various departments to drive process improvements and achieve financial targets.
  • Answer Queries and Investigate Discrepancies: Answer queries regarding invoices and client onboarding, and investigate any discrepancies in the system.
  • Reporting and Cash Management: Create ad hoc reports for management and be an active part of the Cash management team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable and/or finance.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong Excel skills, and experience using ERP tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: Professional experience with accounting responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud and vendor onboarding systems.
