Job Summary

The National Football League is seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Associate to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in managing and analyzing collections of payments, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and resolving billing issues.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the collections process, managing a large portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment plans, and disputes.
  • Analyze accounts receivable data and aging reports to identify trends and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances.
  • Collaborate with various departments to drive process improvements and achieve financial targets.
  • Answer queries regarding invoices and client onboarding to receive payments.
  • Investigate any discrepancies in the system and ensure correct/reliable data in the systems.
  • Create ad hoc reports for management teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-3 years of accounts receivable and/or finance experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
  • Experience using ERP tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional experience with accounting responsibilities.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud and vendor onboarding systems.

Salary/Pay Range

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range.

Salary: $30-$33 USD
