We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our faculty as an open-rank professor in comparative politics. The successful candidate will have a strong research agenda and a demonstrated ability to teach introductory and upper-division courses in comparative politics.

About the Position

The Department of Politics and Public Affairs at Denison University invites applications for a tenure-track position in comparative politics. We are looking for a candidate who can contribute to our department's commitment to liberal arts education and who has a strong interest in teaching and research.

Responsibilities
  • Teach introductory and upper-division courses in comparative politics
  • Contribute to the development of our department's curriculum
  • Engage in research and publication
  • Participate in departmental and university governance
Requirements

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Political Science or a closely related field and a strong research agenda. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to teach and mentor students.
