Brand Events Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Brand Events Manager to join our vibrant team at Halara. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a variety of events that enhance our brand's visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute a range of brand-related events, including dance events, yoga sessions, and community gatherings.
  • Spearhead campus engagement activities in Los Angeles and Texas, coordinating with campus ambassadors and stakeholders to promote brand visibility and student engagement.
  • Develop event concepts and oversee all aspects of event management from planning to execution, ensuring each event aligns with our brand's values and objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and event-specific content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to secure event spaces, supplies, and support to deliver seamless event experiences.
  • Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and generate reports to assess outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our events remain relevant and impactful.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning or brand management, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or related industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for engaging community-based activities.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or related field preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for events in Los Angeles, Texas, and potentially other locations.
