About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Client Advisor in San Jose. As a Tiffany Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, embodying the Tiffany touch in every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, exceeding commercial targets through exceptional clienteling and sales skills.
  • Deliver a memorable in-store experience, consistently demonstrating passion and expertise as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
  • Drive business growth through key product pillars, identifying innovative ways to elevate the client experience and increase sales.
  • Connect with clients on a personal level, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge, utilizing this expertise to drive sales and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results in a retail or luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse client base.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Desired Qualifications

  • College/university degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
