Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team at Innova Solutions As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with the workflow of new insurance policies and supporting management in various duties.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service and/or administrative role, with strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Assist with the workflow of new insurance policies as they go through the stages of application, underwriting, policy issue, delivery, and payment
- Answer incoming calls and greet guests
- Support management in various duties such as preparing for meetings, event planning, creating reports, pulling documentation for compliance reviews, etc.
Benefits:
- Estimated salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
