About the Role

The Client Support Specialist position is responsible for ensuring the engagement and participation of clients throughout the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Client Engagement Manager to support clients in developing and implementing their reentry plans.
  • Track and report on participant activities and outcomes using technology.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case history records.
  • Conduct assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored support plans.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and relevant service providers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client well-being and outcomes.
  • Regularly review and adjust support plans as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Clear Department of Corrections visitor background check.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in computer software applications.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
