Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Forever 21. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers and respond promptly to their needs.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to deliver a great customer experience and engage with customers using basic selling techniques.
  • Assist customers with locating merchandise, processing returns and exchanges, and completing sales transactions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current sales, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive store environment.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to act with integrity and business maturity.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 100% of working time and lift up to 50 pounds.
