Job Title: Sales Associate

We are a customer-obsessed, innovative, and dynamic retail company. Our sales associates play a vital role in promoting a customer-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive for Results: Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers, recommending merchandise selections or helping to locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Maintain Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and maintain pricing and visual standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant, assist with locate fulfillment, and assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc.
Customer Experience:
  • Model and Promote: Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  • Ensure Prompt Resolution: Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Register Experience: Ensure a fast and efficient register experience, remaining current on policies regarding payments, coupon acceptance, returns and exchanges, security practices, and other applicable operations.
Teamwork and Growth:
  • Promote Inclusive Approach: Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Seek Developmental Opportunities: Seek personal developmental opportunities and readily solicit feedback.
