Job Title: Sales Associate

At Chico's, we're committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in promoting a customer-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and ensure visual standards are met.
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking and standing.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent climbing.
