Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Carlsbad Premium Outlets. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and maintaining a professional appearance consistent with our company's dress code policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by following Lids' customer service programs.
  • Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual sales goals.
  • Participate in store maintenance per the current visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with our Dress Code Policy.
  • Protect Company assets within guidelines of Lids Retail policies.
  • Participate in restocking and resetting of merchandise.
  • Support and adhere to all Lids Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to read and operate a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
  • Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Seasonal Part-Time Associates start at local minimum wage with up to 10% more based on experience.
  • Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
