Job Title: Professional Services Project Manager

Fortinet is seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Project Manager to lead our project teams in delivering exceptional results to our customers. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and support, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, revenue recognition, and timely invoicing.
  • Monitor and report on project metrics, including customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
