At Northrop Grumman, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Strategic Launcher Program Office. As a Principal or Senior Principal Technical Services Project Manager, you'll be responsible for directing and managing activities associated with this critical program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project monitoring mechanisms to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Lead project status review sessions with internal stakeholders and customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience and/or knowledge in Program/Project Management.
  • Ability to work closely with multiple functional organizations.
  • DoD SECRET security clearance required.
  • U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of TRIDENT II Launcher Subsystem and Support Equipment.
  • Design and operational knowledge of Navy Programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft system application tools.
  • Experience with cost, schedule, project leadership.
  • Experience with CAM Responsibilities and EVMS knowledge.

Salary Range: $92,600 - $172,300
