Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Project Manager to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing and managing activities associated with the Strategic Launcher Program Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project management plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including internal and external customers.
  • Lead project teams and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in program/project management, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work closely with multiple functional organizations, including program office, engineering, manufacturing, and field operations.
  • DoD SECRET security clearance required.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of TRIDENT II Launcher Subsystem and Support Equipment.
  • Design and operational knowledge of Navy Programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft system application tools.
  • Experience with cost, schedule, project leadership.
  • Experience with CAM Responsibilities and EVMS knowledge.
