Job Title: Senior Project Manager

At Allied Universal Technology Services, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our electronic security installation projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing project-planning and performance activities to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project budgets and financial performance, ensuring timely completion and profitability.
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external customers to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Conduct site walks and attend on-site customer meetings to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the electronic security industry, with a focus on project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on budget management and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with experience in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
  • Associate's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 6 years of project management experience, with a focus on electronic security and installation projects.
