Position Summary

Objective:

The individual will embody and promote the core principle of SRIM, which is to treat others with respect and kindness, including residents, families, and colleagues, by fulfilling the following responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the Sales Director in organizing and developing all aspects of the sales department's functions and initiatives.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of the quality action plan, subject to approval from the chief marketing officer.
  • Conduct community tours for prospective clients.
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries and calls.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential clients through various channels.
  • Maintain a positive outlook regarding workplace policies and procedures.
  • Exhibit excellence in customer service, performing all tasks in a friendly and positive manner.
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making abilities and understand the implications of those decisions.
  • Ensure that all communications are clear, precise, and timely.
  • Establish and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Monitor weekly expenditures to ensure adherence to the department's budget.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and maintain professionalism with all staff and visitors.
  • Organize and host promotional events within the community or at external venues.
  • Keep an updated database of inquiries and leads.
  • Review and revise the quarterly action plan to adapt to the community's evolving needs.
  • Meet occupancy targets set by the executive director.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the community to ensure cleanliness and safety, reporting findings to the executive director.
  • Oversee all closing processes, ensuring appropriate documentation is completed and distributed.
  • Ensure resident accommodations are ready prior to move-in dates.
  • Guarantee that all marketing materials adhere to approved designs.
  • Manage the availability of appreciation gifts for various professional engagements.
  • Assist the Sales Director with updates in the management software.
  • Respond promptly to resident requests by directing them to the relevant department.
  • Understand and follow established protocols during emergencies.
  • Act as essential personnel during critical situations.
  • Adhere to the dress code as per company policy.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Practice safe working habits and good body mechanics.
  • Take initiative in work, seeking additional information and providing suggestions.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
  • Willingly accept special projects or assignments beyond regular responsibilities.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business literature, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Mathematical Skills:

Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to interpret graphical data.

Reasoning Skills:


Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret various instructions presented in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.

Computer Proficiency:

To perform this role successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Office 365 and property management software.

Education and Experience:


High school diploma or equivalent; or two to four years of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
