ABLE Power Products, Inc., a prominent manufacturer and designer of cutting-edge surge protection and voltage monitoring solutions for the electrical and lighting sectors, is seeking a qualified bilingual (Spanish – English) professional to enhance our business growth and success. This role is intended to provide support to a sales team operating in various regions including North, Central, and South America.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience with a solid sales background.
· Conduct outbound sales calls to existing clients, database contacts, trade show leads (both international and domestic), and other targeted prospects.
· Identify and pursue new growth opportunities with current customers.
· Demonstrate a willingness to learn about the industry and explore new potential markets and clients.
· Possess the technical skills necessary to provide training, support, troubleshooting, and application assistance.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential.
· Provide daily sales support for our sales team based in Colombia and assist in promoting our business in Latin America.
· Knowledge and/or experience in international trade and sales administrative functions is highly advantageous.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
· Willingness to travel, on a limited basis, both domestically and internationally.
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
