Position Summary

Overview:

This role is pivotal in embodying and advocating for SR COMPANIES LLC's core principle of the Golden Rule, ensuring that all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues reflect a standard of respect and kindness.


Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Sales Director in the structuring and enhancement of all sales department initiatives and events.
  • Collaborating on the development and execution of the quality action plan with the chief marketing officer's endorsement.
  • Conducting community tours for prospective clients.
  • Managing incoming sales inquiries and calls.
  • Responding to inquiries from potential clients through various communication channels.
  • Exhibiting a constructive attitude towards workplace policies and procedures.
  • Upholding high standards of customer service in all interactions.
  • Exercising sound judgment and understanding the implications of decisions made.
  • Ensuring that all communications are precise, timely, and clear.
  • Setting and managing task priorities effectively.
  • Monitoring weekly expenditures to adhere to the department's budget.
  • Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with all community members and visitors.
  • Organizing and facilitating promotional events within the community.
  • Maintaining an accurate and updated database of inquiries and leads.
  • Reviewing and revising the quarterly action plan to adapt to the community's evolving needs.
  • Meeting occupancy targets as established by the executive director.
  • Conducting daily inspections of community areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Managing the closing process and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Guaranteeing that resident accommodations are prepared for move-in.
  • Ensuring compliance with approved marketing materials and designs.
  • Coordinating the availability of appreciation gifts for various occasions.
  • Assisting the Sales Director with updates in the management software.
  • Responding to resident requests with promptness and courtesy.
  • Understanding and adhering to established emergency protocols.
  • Acting as essential personnel during emergencies.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Complying with HIPAA regulations at all times.
  • Practicing safe working habits and good body mechanics.
  • Taking initiative in work and seeking out additional information as needed.
  • Performing other reasonable duties as assigned.
  • Willingly accepting special projects or tasks outside of regular responsibilities.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to perform basic mathematical operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Skills:


Ability to solve practical problems and address a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret various instructions presented in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Proficiency:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess knowledge of Office 365 and relevant management software.

Education and Experience:


High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
