We are in search of a dedicated and dynamic part-time keyholder sales associate (20 hours per week) for our operations. Candidates must possess reliable transportation and be adaptable to various work schedules, including holidays, evenings, and weekends. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and profitability by enhancing product knowledge and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.
  • Monitor store communications and respond to critical business directives.
  • Encourage positive selling behaviors and customer service practices.
  • Communicate consistently with store management through written and verbal means.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.
  • Ensure the store is prepared for operations and secured at closing time.
  • Develop and execute daily plans while communicating expectations to team members.
  • Adhere to all company policies and ensure compliance among team members.
  • Efficiently handle sales transactions from start to finish.
  • Address store issues promptly, identifying solutions and recommending improvements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in retail sales or customer service, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

System Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory management software.
  • Understanding of POS systems and other relevant software.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Flexible scheduling, including nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
  • Physical ability to reach, lift, and create visual displays.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Engagement in continuous standing, walking, and coordination tasks.
