Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced counter sales professional to join our team as a Sales Associate - European Desserts Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting special order cakes, and handling cash and end-of-shift totals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting special order cakes
  • Handle cash and end-of-shift totals with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist in the daily setup and cleanup of the shop
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a minimum of 4-5 hours per shift, with flexibility to work up to 8 hours per shift
