Help Desk Support Specialist

Lawelawe Technology Services is seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Active IAT-II security certification
- Approved computing environment certification relevant to job duties
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (Remedy)
- Required certifications per DoD 8570.1M for privileged level access
