Help Desk Support Specialist

DMI Mobile Enterprise Solutions is seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support to our federal customer in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering help desk phones and providing tier I-II support.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer help desk phones and provide technical assistance to customers
- Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians
- Document and track customer interactions and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve support processes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
