About the Opportunity:
DMI is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support a federal customer in Arlington, VA.
This candidate will be responsible for:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to Help Desk calls and provide Tier I-II support to users on various issues, including software and hardware problems.
Log and prioritize calls, and provide reports as required on Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
Possess strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to analyze and evaluate software and hardware problems.
Handle heavy call volumes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, Windows Operating Systems, and ServiceNow ticket system.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to listen and understand user descriptions.
