Power System Analysis Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Power System Analysis Specialist to join our team at MISO Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting power system analysis studies that support our generation interconnection and retirement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct power system analysis studies to support generation interconnection and retirement processes
- Coordinate and interact with interconnection customers and transmission owners
- Engage in process improvement initiatives and project management
- Take ownership of specific processes and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 2 years of experience related to power system planning, operations, or related field
- Preferred: 1 year of previous energy industry experience and specific experience with PSS/E, MUST, TARA, TSAT, and/or VSAT
