About the Role

As a Customer Experience Supervisor at Serenity Healthcare, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing customer care team. Our mission is to empower individuals to take back their lives through cutting-edge treatments and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of proven customer service supervisor experience and a background in high-volume customer service leadership or call center operations. They should be proficient in identifying, coaching, and measuring core competencies and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage performance metrics, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing customer service protocols and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Lead and inspire a productive and achievement-oriented environment.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
