Family Car Group is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our service team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Communication: Welcome customers to our service department and effectively communicate with them throughout the repair process.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify customers' needs and preferences, tailoring our services to meet their expectations.
  • Service Recommendation: Offer personalized service recommendations, balancing customers' needs with our dealership's offerings.
  • Estimate and Billing: Provide clear and concise estimates, as well as detailed billing information, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Vehicle Handover: Ensure a smooth handover of vehicles, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of around $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), basic life insurance, accident & critical illness insurance, paid training, short-term disability, and an employee discount program.
