Retail Sales Associate Opportunity

Comoto Holdings is America's largest and fastest-growing omnichannel platform in the powersports aftermarket-products industry, dedicated to advancing the experience of powersports enthusiasts across the globe. We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess 1+ year of sales or customer service experience, a self-starter mentality, and an open mind. They should also have experience with computers and POS systems, particularly RetailPro, and have motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (desired but not required). As a key member of our team, they will work closely with other sales associates to maintain a clean, organized store environment, stay up-to-date with company information, sales, and events, and become a resource to our customer base. In addition, they will participate in workshops, classes, and resources provided by our Wellness program and safety committee, promoting open communication and removing barriers. Furthermore, they will work towards fueling their passion for the riding community by attending special events, interacting with passionate customers, and being part of a growing company that promotes from within.

**Key Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a strong product knowledge base, and meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals. They will also contribute to maintaining a clean, organized store environment, staying up-to-date with company information, sales, and events, and becoming a resource to our customer base. Furthermore, they will work towards fueling their passion for the riding community by attending special events, interacting with passionate customers, and being part of a growing company that promotes from within.

**Estimated Salary**
We offer an estimated annual salary of $24,000 - $36,000 based on hourly rate plus commission.
