Key Responsibilities
- Draft and analyze documentation pertaining to land use strategies, economic growth initiatives, and community development plans.
- Facilitate and engage in public forums and community outreach efforts.
- Support the development of zoning modifications and related regulatory frameworks.
- Apply for and oversee funding opportunities for various projects.
- Coordinate project timelines, financial plans, and client interactions.
- Establish and nurture client partnerships, including the preparation of proposals.
Qualifications

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 annually
