Job Title: Senior Planner

LaBella Associates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team. As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for providing expert-level planning services to our clients, including strategic redevelopment planning, land use planning, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans for urban and rural areas, including zoning and land use regulations.
  • Conduct community outreach and engagement to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in planning and urban development.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in planning and urban development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
